Ana & Eric are a Brazilian duo based in St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, known for their unique blend of Brazilian bossa nova and North American indie-folk. The duo has performed in Brazil, Europe, and Canada, gaining international recognition. In 2020, they released two singles, "Hope" and "Lights My Way," followed by their debut self-titled EP, which earned them a nomination for the 2021 ECMA Awards and three nominations at the 2021 MusicNL Awards. Their debut album, Our House From Here (2023), along with the singles "I Can See Our House From Here" and "Manhã de Abril," received acclaim in Brazil, Portugal, and Canada. The album was nominated for Global Recording of the Year at the 2024 ECMA and received three nominations at the 2023 MusicNL Awards.

Ana Luísa Ramos, the duo's vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, also received individual recognition at the 2024 MusicNL Awards, winning in the categories of Jazz Artist of the Year and Global Artist of the Year. In 2025, Ana won the ECMA Global Release of the Year with her song "Clouds."

Ana & Eric é uma dupla brasileira baseada em St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador. Já se apresentaram no Brasil, Europa e Canadá, e oferecem uma combinação única de bossa nova brasileira e indie-folk norte-americano. Em 2020, a dupla lançou dois singles, “Hope” e “Lights My Way,” além do EP homônimo de estreia "Duo Ana & Eric", que lhes rendeu uma indicação ao ECMA Awards de 2021 e três indicações ao MusicNL Awards de 2021.

Em 2023, lançaram seu álbum de estreia 'Our House From Here' e os singles “I Can See Our House From Here” e “Manhã de Abril”, que receberam ampla cobertura no Brasil, Portugal e Canadá. Ana Luísa Ramos

Ana Luísa Ramos é cantora, compositora, educadora e curadora musical natural de Ribeirão Preto/São Paulo. Iniciou seus estudos musicais ainda criança na Cia Minaz e fez seu debut como solista aos 14 anos de idade com a Orquestra Sinfônica de Ribeirão Preto. Ana possui formação internacional, tendo estudado na Argentina, Áustria e Canadá. Em 2009, foi vencedora do Prêmio Eleazar de Carvalho na categoria voz. Apresentou-se com os músicos Toquinho e famosos junto à EMESP Tom Jobim e Theatro São Pedro em São Paulo. Ana Luísa Ramos, vocalista e multi-instrumentista, também obteve reconhecimento individual no MusicNL Awards 2024, vencendo nas categorias Artista de Jazz do Ano e Artista Global do Ano. A dupla fará uma turnê pelo Brasil de novembro de 2024 a janeiro de 2025, apresentando canções de seus álbuns e projetos solo, incluindo o aclamado álbum mais recente de Ana Luísa Ramos “Solaris”.

Atualmente radicada há cinco anos em St. John's, Canadá, Ana Luísa Ramos já se apresentou por toda a Europa, América do Sul, América Central e América do Norte, transitando entre a música clássica e popular. Com uma trajetória marcada por colaborações em mais de 18 álbuns, ela lançou seu primeiro álbum solo, "Um", em 2016. Seu segundo álbum, "Amanheceu", foi lançado em 2021, ano em que Ana recebeu o prêmio de Artista de Jazz do Ano pelo MusicNL Award, em 19 de abril de 2024 lançou 'Solaris'.

Além de sua carreira solo, Ana também se apresenta como parte da dupla "Ana & Eric" ao lado de Eric Taylor Escudero.

If you saw them open for Daniel Champagne last October, then you know that this will be a lovely evening of exceptional music. Ana is releasing her third solo album so we might hear a few selections from that project and many from their new release, "Our House From Here". Ana & Eric offer a unique combination of folk, bossa nova, and Brazilian popular music. The Brazilian duo, based in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, have performed widely in Brazil, Europe, and Canada. In 2020, Ana & Eric released their debut EP through the Newfoundland-based label The Citadel House. That release earned them one nomination at the 2021 ECMA Awards and three nominations at both the 2021 and 2023 MusicNL Awards. Since moving to Canada in late 2019, the duo has performed in several festivals and conferences, including the NLFolk Festival, Tuckamore Festival, Cape St. Mary´s Performance Series, and showcased at the ECMAs, Folk Alliance International, Live at Heart Newfoundland, Live at Heart Sweden and ASEAN Music Showcase Festival (Southeast Asia). and are receiving wonderfully supportive reviews.
